dhalia.fun is built for families. We collect only what we need to improve the site and respond to your requests.

Analytics

We use first-party analytics to understand which pages and games are used (for example: page views, game starts, and shares). We do not use aggressive ad trackers or sell your data.

Forms

If you submit the Custom Games interest form, we store your contact details and message so we can reply. Do not include sensitive personal data about children in the form.

Children

We do not require accounts for children and we do not ask kids to enter personal information inside games. Parents or guardians should contact us for any privacy concern.

Merch artwork and receipts

Print files are private adult uploads. We delete abandoned files after 7 days and purchased files after 90 days. Order receipts stay on file for legal record-keeping and do not include Gelato internals. Game scores never change a price.

Refunds

Dhalia is the merchant of record. Ask support with the DHL reference on your order. We do not store card numbers. Youth sizes wait until returns work.

Apps and software we actually ship

The website uses first-party analytics. The optional native shell uses Capacitor Share, Haptics, App deep links, and Preferences for secrets. We do not ship ads, IDFA, or third-party crash SDKs in this build.

Deleting a parent account

From Account or the native shell, a parent can delete the adult email and sign out every device. Print receipts stay as legal records without the email. Game scores never unlock merch.

Zoom and touch

Pages and the native shell allow pinch-zoom. Game canvases inside the play iframe keep pinch-zoom off so aiming stays usable; you can still zoom the chrome around the game.
